    The user guide consists of one A5 page with NO user guide. How clever is that? The software help is no help. The use of this device is completely obvious. Unfortunately only to the person who invented it. (Posted on 2/16/10)

    I have tried repeatedly to load the CD that came with this scope and just can't. The product itself is very nice and very well built. I want to make this thing work!
