This is the 3rd generation of USB Cooling Necktie from Thanko. It may look like a normal necktie, in fact it's not: it has an internal cooling fan that will keep you fresh even during hot summers. Just plug your necktie to any USB port, and enjoy from a cool fresh air.
Note that it can also work on AAA batteries x 4 (see option - batteries not included).
