Q: I didn't see the _______ on GeekStuff4U. Can I still buy it through your website?
A: We are in the business of bringing you the hottest products Japan's electronics manufacturers have to offer. If you don't see a product, don't worry, if it's available, we can probably get one for you. We limit our website space to the most frequently requested items. Simply give us detailed information on what you would like and we'll give you a quote as soon as possible.

Q: Can you ship to my country?
A: Technically, we can ship any item to any valid address in any country in the world. Since we have had some difficulties with consumers in some countries, we will only ship to others from those countries upon bank transfer in advance. Sorry, but some have ruined it for others. We don't like it anymore than you do, but at the same time, we don't want to be cheated anymore than you do. If we require a cash payment in advance for consumers in your country, we will notify you prior to shipping.

Q: What are your shipping fees?
A: GeekStuff4U.com has a new build-in functionality which will give you the exact shipping cost for your order(s) once you place then in your cart.

Q: If I have a problem with the merchandise I purchased from GeekStuff4U, how do I get help?
A: For software related issues, if you simply contact one of our highly trained consultants at: support@geekstuff4u.com, they will be able to help you resolve the issue immediately. If you believe there is a hardware issue, contact a customer support specialist and if they cannot figure out the problem, then he/she will give you instructions on how to take advantage of the manufacturer warranty (if applicable) and/or where to send the product for service. Q: Other websites also carry many of the products you do, why should I purchase something from GeekStuff4U?
A: Price, Quality, Reliability and Speed. Those are the 4 pillars that we've founded our company on and will not sacrifice for anything. Sure, you may find a product at a lower price from time to time, but we do our best to bring you the most competitive products at the best prices on the Internet. But we will stand against any of our competitors on everything else and believe you will be pleased enough to recommend GeekStuff4U to your friends.

Q: How do I know that GeekStuff4U will not divulge my personal account information to other companies?
A: We've taken every effort available to ensure the security of your personal data. Aside from being illegal in most civilized countries of the world, we don't believe it to make good business sense to alienate our customers EVER! We know that we only have one chance to get everything right. If we ever falter, you will go somewhere else to buy. We don't ever want to lose your business, so we will do everything in our power to protect you.

Q: I don't really want to use a Japanese keyboard. Can I purchase my laptop with a French keyboard?
A: Yes and no. The keyboard installed on most laptops comes standard from the manufacturer. We do not modify any hardware components of any of the products we sell. However, in the case of keyboards, we can provide stickers to place on the keys which are different in several different languages for an additional fee. Simply let us know your preference and we'll ship your laptop jus the way you like.

Q: Why can't I purchase the same products on GeekStuff4U in my country?
A: Japanese consumer electronics is one of the most fiercely competitive markets in the world. There is a tradition of growth and advancement that began after World War II and continues to this day. The engineers from the top firms here are always trying to out-do each other to compete for the limited number of consumers. This leads to a situation where some products have a lifecycle of only a couple of months. Japanese companies would love to increase their profitability by selling more products overseas, but the demand isn't quite as insatiable overseas and it ends up costing too much. But that does allow GeekStuff4U to bring you these products while everyone else is stuck with only domestic brands.

Q: What is the LINUX PACK/OS FREE offer?
A: The LINUX PACK offer is dedicated to all clients willing to buy a PC from Japan without an operating system pre-installed? We also include in this package 3 CD's of the Linux Mandrake Free edition software in order to help promote the use of LINUX around the world? Clients are of course free to install any OS they desire on their PC's, including LEGALLY purchased versions of Windows 98/2000/XP? All necessary drivers will also be included on a separate CD or PC partition if clients wish to install Microsoft XP OS at a later date.
Please be aware however, that GeekStuff4u DOES NOT supports the installation of LINUX or any other OS that clients install on their PC's? We also CANNOT GUARANTEE that ALL PC's will run as smoothly running with a LINUX OS installed? Also, we CANNOT GUARANTEE that all functions of the PC will FULLY WORK with an OS other than the one we usually ship with your PC? GeekStuff4U ONLY guarantees and has a warranty for the hardware.

Q: Are your products guaranteed?

Q: What does "French Keyboards" and "Optional AZERTY" Keyboards mean?
A: The manufacturer installed keyboards for all Japanese PC's are based on the American (QWERTY) system with a few slight differences. The Japanese keyboard contains 109 keys, whereas the normal QWERTY keyboard contains 106 keys. In France, for purely historical reasons, the French PC keyboard is radically different from what you will find in the rest of the world. And now, GeekStuff4U offers a true solution to consumers wishing to order one of the latest Hi-Tech PC's sold in Japan, utilizing a truly French working environment, without purchasing a French PC. Fortunately, the French version of Windows XP supports the French keyboard and we can sell you a set of self-adhesive keyboard stickers for the QWERTY system. You therefore have a unique solution specially designed for French consumers.

Q: Why stickers and not an actual keyboard?
A: Almost 100% of the time, the PC's we sell at GeekStuff4U are designed to be sold in Japan. And for this reason, it is easy to understand that Japanese computer manufacturers normally only provide their products with the JP/US QWERTY keyboard. At the moment, it is not possible for us to offer you a ‘true' AZERTY keyboard. But it is important to remember that the solution we provide works on most keyboards produced in Japan and sold on GeekStuff4U. We offer this special service to all of our clients when they order their merchandise and confirm the order prior to shipment. We are currently working on a hardware solution as well and will of course notify you as soon as we can.

Q: Is this website secure?
