This new web camera conforms to USB2.0 UVC (USB video class). This plug-and-play web camera eliminates the inconvenience of installing a dedicated driver from a CD-ROM, needing only to be connected to a PC's USB port for immediate use.

The new series is a compact, high-precision/high-definition 3-mega-pixel web camera designed for notebook PCs. With a 3 mega pixel, 1/4-inch CMOS sensor that achieves amazingly high definition image quality (max. resolution: 1280×720 pixels), you can enjoy video chatting through highly-defined images even on a full-size display on a 20" LCD monitor. The cable is short (0.8 m), for the convenience of notebook PC users. The web camera is available in three colors: black, silver, and white, to suit colorful PCs on the market in recent years. You can enjoy color coordination: choosing the same color as your PC, or your favorite color. The package includes a special pouch, convenient for portable use.

In addition to the Windows environment, the camera can be used on Mac OS X (10.4.9 to 10.4.11, 10.5 to 10.5.6) without requiring a dedicated driver.
